This is last day in Xi-Men
I've brought lot of things
6 days here was just nice
Traveling form one city to another was very long
Things was mostly cheap here
Whether was very very cold
Wanted to buy some wushu shoes but wasn't able to find
but still, i've brought what needed

I'm in airport now with my dear dear n a couple
Waiting for the time to enter the flight.
Going to Taiwan

1st day of Chinese New Year.
Finally relax. Doing clean up for days.

It real sad that most of my long friend forgot about my bdae. My poly friends expect Joseph. My wushu friends except Zhao Wei, may be, unless i did not late wish him.

But it ok. I got my colleauges celebrated with me.

They treat me sushi.

Our lunch after custom. Mac'D. Basah then sing.

4 hrs bus jorney.

The prettiest church by the sea.

Dinner. Deep satay. Nice Nice. Love it. Sad after that cant eat much.



Houses along the river. Always ask them to act fierce they like to act cute.

We went to Lim da ker house. He bring us shop around and brought lot of food.

First night wasnt able to sleep proparely. May be the bed dirty or beaten by wen zi.Feeling tired the next day but still able to enjoy the next day.

This wad the day i run for my 1st very long distance, 6.6km.
Never run for many years and suddently run that long.

Weather was very hot and humid

My brain was shut down at the last 800m.

I couldnt recalled wad i had done after that.

I feel that i was drunk and couldnt think of anything.

Couldnt find the rest of the runner and began to seat down strengthtlessly

Feeling sick. Feling like vomiting. Feeling dizzy.

Finally Myo came by asking whether im ok.

Helping me to get some drink.

I wasnt able to soullow anything but still fourcing myself to drink

The more i seat the more i feel sick

Walking around, nothing improve.

Feeling my blood flows fast and feeling dizzy

Uable to endore any longer and reported to Suhami

He brought me to the first aid area

Medic gave me some ice to cool me down

Feeling much better after that.

But standing up feeling weak and segging

Slowly breath in and out for few mins my brain was still shut.

All of them was waiting for me

After photo taking, all spread off

Ryan send void to send me home

Wasnt able to continue

So he accompany me for nearly an hour or more

Dont know what i had say and was so talkative

ha..ha..ha..

Reaching home and have a nice bath then took a rest

Rest for only two hours as im too hungry

heeeee.....

Too long never go sea side
it was a relaxing place to go
feel good and everything released
sharing of experience and noeing one well
think should b only me bah
cause too talkative
hahaha.....
